Getting this set up took way longer than I expected, and the instructions didn’t help much. I kept feeling like I was going in circles, which got frustrating quickly. It seems like something that should’ve been simple, so the whole hassle felt really avoidable.

Well... the item itself was okay, but the packaging showed up ripped and dirty. Not the best first impression when opening the delivery.

I had to go through their warranty process it was exhausting. It felt like the same issue kept coming up over and over, and every time I replied, I had to repeat information I’d already sent. Responses were slow, nothing was really explained clearly, and what I thought would be a quick fix turned into way too much back and forth. At this point, I’m just tired of dealing with it. I wouldn’t buy again because the warranty didn’t feel very useful when I actually needed it.

I reached out a while ago and expected to hear something back within a day or two, but so far, nothing. I checked again later in the week thinking maybe they were just busy, but there’s still been no reply at all. It’s been frustrating because I really just wanted a simple response or update

I’m not totally sure if I put it together wrong or if it’s just the frame, but it feels wobbly whenever I move it. It still works, I guess, but it doesn’t feel as sturdy as I expected

I ordered from Mellow Sleep and the shipping was way slower than I expected, haha. The tracking barely updated, so I was kind of just waiting around with no idea what was happening. The product might be fine, but the long wait was frustrating enough that I probably wouldn’t order from them again.

I was really hoping this mattress would help me sleep better, but every time my partner moved, I could feel it right away and it kept waking me up throughout the night. Compared to our old mattress, I expected this one to be better with motion transfer, but it’s been disappointing.

The edges are kind of a joke. The second I sit near the side, it just sinks down way too much like it has no support at all.

I really wanted to like this, but the fabric feels super thin and cheap. After just a short time, it started pilling badly. It kind of works when it wants to in the sense that it looks okay for a minute, then suddenly looks worn out again. Not really worth the money.

The return was annoying, honestly. I thought I had started it one day, then got an email that made it seem like the timeline was different, so I wasn’t totally sure when I was supposed to ship it back or when the refund would actually happen. It all got sorted out eventually, but the process felt more frustrating and confusing than it should have.

I put it in the spare room with the windows open for several days and it still had that strong chemical smell. I tried to sleep on it once and ended up with a headache, so that was pretty much it for me. Maybe some people arent bothered by that kind of thing, but I just couldnt deal with it. felt like a waste of money.
